Site policy
Privacy policy
This policy describes information processed when you use BDOForge and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
You can use core public features without creating an account. If you sign in with Discord, BDOForge receives the account information Discord provides for authentication, such as a user identifier, display name, and avatar reference. If you save a workspace, the service may store the profile settings, region, timezone, goals, alerts, builds, progression, tool state, and privacy choices you submit. Feedback may include your rating, correction text, and the associated answer identifier.
Searches and product usage
Search requests necessarily process the text you submit so BDOForge can return an answer. Signed-in users may choose whether account search history is saved. Product analytics can include a bounded query, answer route, module, result count, timing, page path, viewport, interaction count, scroll depth, and active time. Nonessential aggregate telemetry is currently paused in the free hosted configuration, but account history and operational request processing may still occur. Signed-in users can disable saved search history and opt out of product analytics in Profile settings.
Cookies and local browser storage
BDOForge uses security cookies for optional Discord sign-in and session continuity. Temporary OAuth cookies help complete login. The browser may store interface preferences, cached dashboard information, and unsynced tool state locally. These technologies are used to provide requested features, remember settings, protect accounts, and reduce unnecessary requests.
Infrastructure and service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, storage, and network delivery and may process request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security signals. Discord processes optional sign-in under its own privacy terms. Private BDOForge services may process grounded search requests and current data lookups. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, or web beacons to serve, limit, personalize where consent permits, and measure ads. Where required, BDOForge will request consent before optional advertising storage or personalized ads. You can review Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites that use its services. Advertising is not currently required to use BDOForge.
Retention, security, and choices
Account sessions expire, and saved information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, or resolve abuse and reliability issues. No online system can promise perfect security. You can sign out to end a session, change history and analytics preferences in Profile settings, remove locally stored site data through your browser, and stop using the optional account features. Account deletion and export requests will be handled through the account controls as those capabilities become available.
Children and changes
BDOForge is a general-audience game companion and is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online data processing in their location. We may update this policy when features or providers change. The effective date will change when the policy is materially revised.
