Daily & Weekly Checklist: Reset Times Without the Chore List
BDO has enough repeatables to turn your login into unpaid shift work. This checklist protects the time-gated rewards that fit your account, keeps dailies bounded, and anchors every deadline in UTC so daylight saving does not brick your plan.

Use UTC as the durable clock: daily reset is 00:00 UTC, most ordinary weeklies reset Thursday at 00:00 UTC, and Black Shrine reward cycles reset Sunday at 00:00 UTC. Local clock conversions move when daylight saving changes, but the UTC anchor does not.
Write the converted times into your own calendar for the current season and include the prior local evening when applicable. Event end times and maintenance windows can be different, so reset time is not a promise that every event survives until that minute.
Cap routine maintenance before it eats the session. Claim expiring or attendance rewards, refill the worker or farm loop you actually use, clean one blocked storage path, and check whether an event objective expires before your next login.
Then name one active goal—gear, silver, a life skill, questline, knowledge, or account unlock. If a task does not serve that goal or protect a limited reward, it goes below the line.
Pick at most one passive lane and one active lane. Imperial Cooking or Alchemy delivery belongs only if you already produce the boxes. Worker and farm upkeep belongs only if those systems feed a real material plan. AFK fishing or another offline loop is useful only when you will actually leave it running.
- Silver lane: one grind, trade, imperial, or life-skill block you can measure.
- Account lane: one quest, journal, knowledge, season, or unlock objective.
- Maintenance lane: workers, farms, pets, repairs, buffs, and inventory—kept to a hard time cap.
- Event lane: only live objectives whose reward and deadline justify the detour.
Put permanent or limited progression first, then compare reward per total minute. Reliable Black Shrine entries, useful Atoraxxion chests, Pit progress, and current guild, season, academy, or event objectives can all be good; none is mandatory when the reward no longer moves your account.
Count party formation, travel, mechanics, consumables, failure risk, and crystal risk. A flashy chest that costs the whole night can lose to a smaller solo reward plus uninterrupted progression elsewhere.
Solo and party Black Shrine do not share the ordinary Thursday deadline. Protect any reliable clears before Sunday 00:00 UTC. If your party has a narrow window, schedule party content first because coordination is scarce, then fit solo entries around it.
Choose calamities you clear consistently, not the highest entry button you can press. Verify current counts, difficulty, rewards, and party requirements in the live UI; different Shrine formats and later high-calamity additions should not be flattened into one old loot table.
Pit of the Undying moved from old daily framing to a weekly structure in the July 24, 2025 update. Run it after the Crow's Nest unlock when its current seals and your clear time still make sense. Do not keep an old daily reminder alive.
Atoraxxion belongs on the list when the correct dungeon and difficulty are unlocked, the weekly chest still advances the group, and the party can clear efficiently. Vahmalkea and later routes have their own requirements; verify chest eligibility instead of copying one universal route.
Patch 10514: add Lyngbakr only if you sail [11]
The August 27 live patch added Lyngbakr Habitat. Its official item-source table links Red Sea Monster Meat from defeating Lyngbakr and Ocean Essence from defeating Hollow Maretta to completion of the weekly Lyngbakr Ecology Survey.
That makes it a current Great Ocean weekly lane, not a universal must-do. Add it only if you have the ship, supplies, route access, and ocean goal to make the run worthwhile. Confirm the quest acceptance point, objective, and reward in the live client before sailing because this is brand-new patch-sensitive content.
For a one-hour session, spend five to ten minutes on claims and logistics, forty to fifty minutes on one named goal, then stage the next login. If the session crosses 00:00 UTC, decide which side of reset should receive the quest or claim before you start.
For a weekend account, book fixed-party content first, finish the old Black Shrine cycle before Sunday reset, and use the other block for Thursday-reset weeklies. Leave one flex slot for a failed clear, late guild group, or a goal that simply takes longer than planned.
A quest marked daily or weekly can still belong to an event whose notice ends at maintenance or another stated UTC time. Open the current event notice before banking a final-day clear. The same caution applies to region and platform: this page is reviewed for NA/EU PC and does not merge console or another region's schedule.
Patch 10514 is the current live review boundary for this release. A later live patch wins; a Global Lab preview does not silently replace the live schedule.
Keep the list short enough that you will use it.
- Daily: expiring claims, one useful maintenance loop, one active account goal.
- Before Thursday 00:00 UTC: ordinary weeklies whose current rewards still matter.
- Before Sunday 00:00 UTC: reliable solo or party Black Shrine entries.
- Optional: Pit, Atoraxxion, guild, season, academy, event, or Lyngbakr lanes only when unlocked and valuable.
- Every week: remove one chore that no longer pays for its time.
