Guaranteed PEN Accessory: Find Jetina and Run the Old Moon Path

Click the Find NPC magnifying glass beside the minimap and search Jetina. She is the Old Moon Manager used for this support flow and can be found near a stable in major cities. The search route is safer than a fixed coordinate because it points to the useful nearby instance from wherever you are playing.

If search returns a route but the quest does not appear, that is an eligibility problem, not a location problem. Check character level and the current progression step before running between cities. Keeping 'where is Jetina?' and 'why is her quest missing?' as two separate questions cuts the troubleshooting in half.

Use a character at level 56 or higher and complete Old Moon Guild's Trade Offer from Jetina. The current official route points you through Progression Pass, then into Old Moon Guild's Support from the left side of the equipment window in Inventory.

Do not hunt for an old enhancement dialog from a legacy video. The current official guide centers the Support UI. Complete the conversation quest, open Inventory with I, and verify the support button is present before gathering an entire material stack. If the button is absent, recheck quest completion on the Family rather than assuming the system was removed.

The path supports Ring of Crescent Guardian, Narc Ear Accessory, or Tungrad Earring. This is a real gear decision: compare your current accessories, next sheet-stat target, future replacement plan, and which slots would otherwise stay weak the longest.

If you are genuinely unsure, the official guide suggests the Ring of Crescent Guardian. That is a safe default, not a command to ignore your build. Check whether a ring, earring, or the specific stat profile solves your next breakpoint. A guaranteed item that gets replaced immediately is still an expensive detour, even when the enhancement itself cannot fail.

Select the accessory in the Support UI, place the required materials into the displayed enhancement stage, and obtain the next level when that stage is complete. The interface accepts partial material deposits, so you do not need to hold the entire project in one character's bag before starting.

Treat the UI as the live bill of materials. Before buying a large stack, compare what the current stage asks for, what you already deposited, and what your storage actually holds. This protects you from using an old total that was calculated for a different version of the system or for a second accessory with different accumulated costs.

The current official guide allows the process twice per Family: choose one of the three supported accessories, two times. The resulting PEN support accessories cannot be registered on the Central Market. Build the plan around using them, not flipping them after completion.

Two supported results do not mean every character gets two. It is a Family track. Record the first choice and the slot it covers before beginning the second. If you expect to move into a later accessory system, compare the supported item's service life and any official exchange options before pouring materials into a duplicate slot.

A guaranteed path removes the enhancement gamble, not the need to plan. Confirm the right character can access the UI, confirm the Family has not already used the relevant support slots, and choose the accessory from current gear needs. Then budget from the live stage requirements.

This merged page uses the current official NA/EU PC Guaranteed PEN Accessory guide as the controlling source for both finding Jetina and starting support, and it was reviewed through live patch 10514.

That is why this guide does not force an older prerequisite from a historical announcement when the current official page gives a newer Progression Pass and Trade Offer route. If your UI still differs, capture the exact quest name, character level, completed quest state, and support-button location. Those facts make a useful patch check; an old creator timestamp does not.
