Where Did My Reward Go? Black Spirit's Safe, Mail, and Web Storage

The same-looking box can arrive through a different channel depending on whether it came from login attendance, a coupon, a website event, a boss, or a system message. Read the event or reward instructions first. If they say Web Storage, that reward has not failed just because it is absent from your in-game bag.

Make a tiny paper trail: source, claimed time, selected Family, selected character, and expected destination. That turns 'my reward vanished' into a five-minute check. It also stops you from sending a website item to one character and searching a different character's Mail all night.

Press B or use the lower-right mail icon to open Mail. Official system messages, shared gifts, coupon deliveries, and some event progress can arrive here. Mail can contain attached silver or items, and claimed items go to the active character's inventory while claimed silver goes to My Silver.

Check expiry dates before you clean the inbox. Official guidance warns that expiring Mail can disappear even while it still has an attachment, so collect time-limited rewards early. Mail is receive-only; it is not a player-to-player parcel system. If the attachment will not claim, first make inventory room and confirm you are on the intended character.

Black Spirit's Safe is available from B, its lower-right icon, or the main menu. It stores different reward types without making you choose a character up front: daily login items, Black Spirit's Adventure rewards, rewards from specific boss encounters, and daily silver based on Family Fame are documented examples.

Right-click one item to move it to the current character. Use Collect Silver Reward for the silver lane. Collect All Rewards is the speed button, but it tries to move the Safe's contents into the current character's inventory, so check both free slots and weight first. The smart play is to claim bulky stacks on the character that should actually hold them.

Website coupon and event rewards can sit in Web Storage under My Page. From there you select the Black Desert NA/EU storage, the destination server and character, review the choice, and send the item. The final handoff appears in that character's in-game Mail.

This is the classic two-step trap: redeeming the coupon proves the reward entered Web Storage, not that it entered inventory. After Send Item, log into the exact character you selected and open B. For in-game coupon redemption, the current official flow can send directly to Mail, so follow the method you actually used rather than mixing both checklists.

Reward claiming still respects the receiving character's practical capacity. Before a big Safe collection or Mail attachment, clear slots, move heavy junk, and decide where the reward will live after it lands. A full or overweight character is a bad place to spam Collect All.

• Open the source instructions and identify Mail, Safe, or Web Storage by name.
• For Web Storage, recheck the selected Family, server, and character before sending.
• For Mail, claim attachments before any displayed expiration date.
• For the Safe, right-click one item when you want control; use Collect All only with enough slots and weight.
• Write down the claim time and destination before escalating a genuinely missing reward.

Run the delivery chain once from left to right: was the event requirement completed, was the website coupon accepted, is the item still in Web Storage, was it sent to the correct character, is it waiting in Mail, or was the reward type supposed to land in Black Spirit's Safe? Reopening one window ten times does not test the other lanes.
